  • Can I cancel my order?

    Order cancellation for local and international shipments can only be made if the payment has not been successfully confirmed

    • If you made the payment, you must make a cancellation request three days before the delivery date. A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made less than three days' notices
    • Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as an order withheld, and no refund will be made. However, FlowerAdvisor will contact you to make an alternative arrangement
    • The cancellation policy will differ during peak seasons

  • Will my order be processed if I order on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays?

    For some countries such as Singapore and Indonesia, order and delivery will still be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Contact us for further details

  • Why did I get a cancellation email?

    You may receive a cancellation email if:

    • Payment by bank transfer method has not been received or verified. If you think you have paid, please contact us
    • Payment by credit card method failed or was not verified successfully
    • Orders do not comply with the terms and conditions of shopping at FlowerAdvisor

  • I want to request more information about a product, what do I need to do?

    If the information you need is not available in the product description column, please contact us for further info

  • Can I change the detail of my order?

    Changes to particulars such as an address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 1 day before delivery

  • Does FlowerAdvisor have an offline store?

    FlowerAdvisor doesn't have an offline store and currently serves online purchases 24/7

  • Can I make an order through other channels than a website?

  • Can I specify my delivery timing?

    Specific timing delivery only available for delivery to Singapore. However, you will be charged for extra delivery:

    • For particular timing between 10 AM – 10 PM
      You will be charged SGD 25
    • For specific timing between 10 PM - 12 AM
      You will be charged SGD40

  • Can I get a free delivery charge?

    Yes, we provide free delivery charge to big cities such as capital cities. Contact us for more details

  • How many delivery timing available?

    Currently, we have three options of delivery timing::

    • Timeslot 1: 9 AM - 1 PM – payment confirmed at least 24 hours or one day in advance
    • Timeslot 2: 1 PM - 6 PM – payment confirmed on the same day of the delivery date before 2:00 PM
    • Timeslot 3: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM - payment confirmed on the same day of the delivery date before 5:00 PM

  • I need flowers to be delivered on the same day. Is it possible?

  • Can I pick up my order(s)?

    Currently, a pick-up order is not available. We will deliver your order following regulation of handling and delivery during pandemic (using contactless delivery)

  • What if I don’t have the exact delivery address?

    If you do not have the exact delivery address, we will do our best to locate your recipient. However, unless we receive a physical address from the sender, we can not be held responsible for inaccurate or misplaced deliveries. A phone number for the recipient, in many cases, allows us to locate the recipient

  • What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product(s) that FlowerAdvisor delivered?

    Do send us a photo of the delivered product within 24 hours from the time received. We will communicate with you for the best solutions; refer to the picture sent

  • What should I do if I received the wrong product?

    Please contact us immediately to solve the problem


  • How to make a return or refund of my order?

    Please find the requirements of submitting a return or refund request below:

    • Please inform us of your order number
    • Send us the photo of the product within 24 hours from the time received
    • The product should remain the same as delivered. Do not open the product / the packaging / the wrapping
